The HR department will be designated as the group responsible for ensuring the details of this policy are carried out and maintained. It will also be responsible for addressing any compliance failures.

The organization will research and adhere to all federal and state laws regarding diversity and inclusion. This includes the prohibition against age discrimination, sex-based wage discrimination, employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex or national origin and other stipulations regarding creed, sexual orientation, disability or marital status.
